My journey into photography started about three years ago, when I found an old camera that I had in college and decided to take some pictures of my son. From there it just began to grow into taking pictures of landscapes, architecture, and eventually fine art photography with models in environments to convey my message.

Photography is just a hobby for me that lets me express some of the things I have been through, to meet new people, and travel all over the world.  I am completely self-taught by watching YouTube videos. I try not to even look at other people’s work for fear that it might influence me too much and lead to a change in my style.

If I had to describe my style,  I guess I would say it is dark and emotional.  It is about things I went through, people I have met, and often, as with most artists, the ones who let me down the most.

I consider myself lucky. I work with a lot of different people, many of whom have been not only supportive of my art but also supportive of me as a person.  I would advise to anyone in the arts to develop your own style and do it well.  Do not take pieces from other people, be original!

How would you describe your art?

If I had to describe my style,  I guess I would say it is emotionally driven and darkness based.

Has there been a specific person(s) who supported you in pursuing this passion?

I consider myself lucky. I work with a lot of different people, many of whom have been not only supportive of my art but also supportive of me as a person.

Where do you draw your inspiration from?

My art is about things I went through, people I have met, and often … the ones that let them me down the most
